The company that is known for its provocative Super Bowl ads is now a publicly traded company. But so what? What separates GoDaddy from the countless other companies that sells domains and other digital services?

In other for GoDaddy to form what Mr. Buffett likes to calls a moat, it must be more diversified in order to stand out from the pack. Adding more complimentary services such as web consulting, mobile advertising solutions and so on would be low cost but high margin options for the digital company.

The market cap is only four billion dollars which means it could also be in play as an acquisition target for Google (GOOG) or Amazon (AMZN).
